Salvation

The most important question I could ever ask you is not what you do for a living, are you married, how much money do you make, or are you happy or sad. It's, do you know Christ as your Lord and Savior? Getting to know the Lord and trusting in Him changes everything and it's easier than you think. It is as easy as A, B, and C.

A.  Admit you are a sinner.

 

Have you sinned?

The Bible says:

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”

(Romans 3:23)

“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by

sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”

(Romans 5:12)

 

B.  Believe in Jesus Christ for Salvation.

 

Do you believe that Jesus Christ died for you?

Again, the Bible says:

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

“But God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners. Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

 

C.  Confess and invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Savior.

 

If A and B are both true for you, then the next step is to confess and talk to God in prayer.

“For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:10)

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

So, if you are ready to start all over, ready to be "Born Again" read and pray this prayer:

"Dear God, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that You raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do Your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen."

 

The action of Salvation:
